On October 17, the Geely Xingrui L PLUS was officially launched. The new car offers two powertrain options: the i-HEV smart hybrid and the 2.0TD gasoline engine, with a total of 8 variants: the hybrid lineup includes the Qixing Edition, Zhuxing Edition, Langxing Edition, and Yaoxing Edition, while the gasoline lineup includes the Yuexiang Edition, Dongxiang Edition, Jiaxiang Edition, and Yuxiang Edition. The official guide price ranges from 119,700 to 153,700 yuan, with a limited-time launch price of 109,700 to 143,700 yuan.

The Xingrui L PLUS adopts the "Eastern Chronology" design language for its exterior. The front features 31 vertical grille slats and dual-lens headlights, the side has a fastback profile with mechanical door handles, and the rear features a full-width taillight. Wheels are offered in 18-inch and 19-inch specifications. The body dimensions are 4956/1915/1505 mm in length, width, and height, with a wheelbase of 2845 mm. The officially announced cabin space utilization rate is 84.5%, the rear floor is flat, and the trunk capacity is 566 L.

The cabin is equipped with a 10.2-inch LCD instrument cluster and a 15.4-inch 2.5K central control screen, with three variants offering a 16.6-inch W-HUD head-up display. It runs the Flyme Auto 2 system with the Longying No. 1 cockpit chip, supporting Flyme Link, Huawei HiCar, Carlink, and CarPlay. Some variants come with an EVA intelligent physical robot that can link with fatigue monitoring to alert the driver.

The Yaoxing Edition and Yuxiang Edition are equipped with the Qianli Haohan H5 assisted driving solution, with hardware including 1 lidar, 3 millimeter-wave radars, 12 ultrasonic radars, and 11 cameras, supporting urban NOA, highway NOA, and full-scenario automated parking assistance. The remaining six variants feature basic L2-level assisted driving, including full-speed adaptive cruise control, lane keeping, and active braking.

The hybrid version is powered by a 1.5TD hybrid engine and a 1-speed DHT, with the engine producing a maximum power of 120 kW and peak torque of 255 N·m, and the drive motor producing a maximum power of 175 kW and peak torque of 262 N·m. The Qixing Edition has a WLTC fuel consumption of 3.98 L/100km; the Zhuxing, Langxing, and Yaoxing Editions have a fuel consumption of 4.30 L/100km. The gasoline version features a 2.0TD engine paired with an 8AT transmission, with a maximum power of 200 kW and peak torque of 400 N·m, and a WLTC fuel consumption of 7.15 L/100km.

Xiaotang's View: What is most worth mentioning about the Xingrui L PLUS is a hybrid that does not need charging and a high-level intelligent driving system with lidar. For people who do not have a fixed parking space and cannot install a charger, the former solves a real-world problem; the latter is only available on the top-tier Yaoxing Edition and Yuxiang Edition of the two model lines, while the remaining six variants stop at basic L2. Therefore, the official "first equipped with" claim at this stage is more like a placeholder.
