Recently, Mercedes-Benz officially released a teaser image of the all-electric Mercedes-Benz C-Class. The new car is built on the all-new dedicated electric platform MB.EA and will be produced alongside the all-new CLA at the Mercedes plant in Rastatt, Germany. Its competitors include the Tesla Model 3 and the all-electric BMW 3 Series.

In terms of exterior, judging from the released teaser image, the front face of the all-electric Mercedes-Benz C-Class adopts a large illuminated grille, with the grille interior accented by three horizontal trim strips. The headlight units incorporate the three-pointed star emblem element, the arc of the roof flowing rearward blends perfectly with the rear end, and the raised character lines on the body present a wide-body-style stance.

In terms of power, the new car may adopt the same 800V electrical architecture as the all-new CLA, offering single-motor and dual-motor versions, with a maximum battery pack capacity of up to 85 kWh and a range expected to exceed 800 kilometers.

Dada Review: The front face of the all-electric Mercedes-Benz C-Class looks more like an "EV" than the currently on-sale EQ series. The all-new MB.EA dedicated electric platform gives it a stronger core, and its competitors include models such as the Tesla Model 3 and BMW i3. By comparison, the Tesla Model 3 has a guide price between 235,500 yuan and 339,500 yuan, making it relatively affordable. The BMW i3 is positioned somewhat more premium, but its platform advantage is not as strong as that of the all-electric Mercedes-Benz C-Class. It is expected that the price difference between the two will not be large, making them the most direct competitors. Some reports say that the all-electric Mercedes-Benz C-Class may have a maximum range of up to 850 kilometers, leading competitors in range capability, and its handling performance and driving quality should deliver a good showing.
